Here you'll find the wiring pinout for the EEC-V computer's 104-pin connector on the 1998 3.8L V6 Ford Windstar.
If you flip the PCM connector around to the wire side, you'll see tiny embossed numbers on it. They make it easier to match each wire to the correct terminal while you're doing your tests.
